NFL Week 4: Games I’m Watching or Making Fun Of

This Week has a really good early window, an eh evening window, and some great prime time games. A ton of tests for teams are coming this week.

Packers vs. Eagles

Let’s get right into Thursday Night Football. Aaron Rodgers vs. Carson Wentz, both QB’s don’t look like they’re at 100%, but Philly has a solid offense and Green Bay has a surprisingly good defense. This has the potential to be a stalemate game where both sides can’t find a hole and one play changes everything.

Prediction: The eagles win by a touchdown. This is a pure gut pick, no stats, no backing, just a mix of indigestion and bold predictions.

Redskins vs. Giants

There’s nothing super interesting, but I think we will see a battle of first rounders this week. THAT’S RIGHT. This week, Redskin fans will see the first of Dwayne Haskins. It won’t live up to the hype because their line is awful, but it will hopefully be the beginning of a new era.

Prediction: Giants get another win in the Jones Dynasty

Chiefs vs. Lions

This game is an Are They Good? game for the Lions. This will be a real test for their offense, as Pat Mahomes has made the entire league look like Pop Warner kids. The Lions might have to lean on their offense which has had a good showing so far. The scary part is having to rely on Matthew Stafford. Never trust a guy who wont shorten his name.

Prediction: Cheifs win again. duh.

Titans vs. Falcons

This is a battle of teams that should be better. Atlanta should be a top offense. They aren’t. The Titans should be a much better team all around. They aren’t. This will be a game of who decides to show up this current week.

Prediction: Falcons put it together for a week and win

Browns vs. Ravens

This is my game of the week. This is an important game for both teams, but mostly the Browns. They have had a lot of criticism for not living up to the hype. All of it, totally deserved. They need to get their act together in a pivotal early match up. They played well against the Ravens last year, but this isn’t the same Ravens team.

Prediction: The Browns barely win. 28-24

Cowboys Vs. Saints

This match up is always fun to watch. It is always an offensive battle and this year is no different. Zeke is the best back in the league right now. @ me haters. Amari Cooper has route running that makes him look like a video game character lagging. For some ungodly reason , Dak is good this year. The Saints come in with no Brees, but Teddy Bridgewater and Taysom Hill splitting time. I’m very excited to see Hill in action for more time, the kid is exciting. Plus they have Kamara and Thomas, so they aren’t lacking in offense either.

Prediction: Saints win by two scores. I’ll say 32-22
